the cart is very stable and easy to put together. is easy to adjust and rolls freely. I use it on a laminate floor. the size of the area are perfect for my keyboard and mouse which is what I am using for. I have my PC connected to my TV. and wanted something to keep my keyboard and mouse. use my PC to watch Netflix, internet content and work on. in this way they do not have to buy a monitor over a T.V.
