I had back surgery at the beginning of the year and then a freak accident falling down the stairs a month later. I checked with my doctor earlier this month and apparently my Office work was adding insult to injury, so she suggested that I take more breaks to walk around and be on my feet. well I did as told and got into trouble for it to work. to make a long story short after that do not want to compromise my back with my work this was the best solution for me.
